It gives you access to 12 technical videos focusing on the takedown and breakdown portion of classes that give you a complete introduction to the primary techniques used in our folkstyle wrestling syllabus.
In addition, it also includes more videos on other techniques in the system including mat returns, stand-ups and escapes.
